Delivery in KSA is Fixed charge on all orders.
We like to give our customers In KSA Only, for now, the flexibility of paying cash on delivery, but we have to pay our courier an extra fee for all cash on delivery (COD) orders. Hence an extra COD charge of SAR 15 is added only when you choose cash as your method of payment. There are no extra fees if you use MADA
For orders over 15 kgs, delivery is added more fees, SAR 1.5 Per extra Kilo grams. For orders under 15 kgs, delivery charge is SAR 30. If your order is under 15 kgs and you choose cash on delivery as your payment option, your total charge will be SAR 45, as we charge additionally for this payment method. Credit Card and MADA are free payment options.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The delivery time for our all destinations in Saudi Arabia is 3-5 days. We send out all shipments from Sun-Thur.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped you will receive an Email with your shipment details. These messages will contain your Airway Bill Number which will be a string of numbers e.g. 3992789952. This shipment number can be used to track your shipment across UPS.
You can use this number to track your shipment by Visit tracking.ups.com and enter your in the box. You can use this method to track multiple shipments as well.

I WANT TO cancel MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you've received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order. After the cancellation is complete, your credit will be added to your account for the same value as your returned items. To arrange a cancellation, please follow the below steps:
Click on ‘My account in the tab bar and login
Select ‘My Orders’
Select 'Cancel Items'
Add the reason for canceling your order
Click 'Yes', you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE DELIVERY?
One convenient way to schedule delivery is UPS service. You should receive a unique pin via SMS from UPS once your order is ready to be shipped. Once this is received, please go to the following location and enter your pin to schedule your preferred delivery time: Don’t worry if you are unable to schedule using my address. In this case, UPS will directly call you to schedule your delivery. If you don’t receive a call from UPS, please contact their call center at Tel.: 920002555 Toll Free: 8001246699 as soon as possible to avoid any delays. You can also visit your nearest UPS branch. If none of the above are working for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
